Project Description

This kitchen has a beautiful story. Our client requested two kitchens, one for the ‘help-caterers” and one for the owner. It was a very difficult task, and I could NOT figure out how to get this to work. In the middle of the night, I kept dreaming of solutions, and finally just got up, and started mapping them. It turned out that the map was a ‘cross” center-lining the cooking stove, refrigerator, and sinks. When I presented the concept plan to my client they were thrilled not only because it solved the layout, but because the symbol of the “cross” was significant in their religious believes. Accident, coincidence…..I don’t think so.
It is a HUGE kitchen and is appointed with a variety of appliances…just ‘heaven for the cook!’
